Overview
Our client is a successful consultancy business with a network of offices in the UK and Europe. They would like an experienced Chartered QS to join the exiting team in London due to experiencing growth of their client base in the both UK and European markets. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in an autonomous environment and has the ability to prioritise their own workload. The role will require the successful candidate to provide Pre and Post contract Quantity Surveying Services to Developer and Occupier clients predominantly in the Industrial and Commercial office sectors. However, supplementary experience in retail and residential developments to support other part of the team would be useful. Project range from New build to Cat A & B fit out of 50,000 sqft to 200,000 sqft. This is very much a client facing role so confidence taking instructions, engaging and reporting directly with the clients is essential.
