Overview
I am currently working with a Local Authority in North West London who are looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their Property Services Team. About the role; Carrying out pre and post inspections working with the customer and contractor to ensure lasting results high level void turnaround service with emphasis on getting properties fit for purpose, rent loss minimised and providing 6 month defect free properties for new customers. Provide a customer focused service of surveying and auditing to support the responsive repairs and voids contracts, inclusive of pre and post inspections, and managing complex works from inception to completion with emphasis on getting it right the first time. About you; Experience in building maintenance in a Local Authority or Social Housing. Experience in the management and administration of domestic building repairs About the contract; 3 month contract 26-32 an hour Possibly home working.
