Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor London You will manage your own £ multi-million contracts including a number of major projects for clients in the Mixed Use and Hotels sector for this leading international built environment consultant. Current projects range across residential towers, film studios & several 5 star hotels. There are great opportunities within the team to broaden your experience and develop your professional skills. You will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract surveying duties including: Budget estimating; Cost planning; Preparation of tender documents; Reporting on tenders; Assembly of contract documentation; Cost reporting; Interim valuations and Agreement of final accounts.
