Overview
Our major Insurance Broking client is looking to attract an experienced Sales Manager to lead a successful sales team. You will be working with Corporate Clients and have the Insurance Sales Management experience to both lead and develop your team while leading by example when looking after larger Corporate prospects. As part of your offering you will help your prospective clients to reach their objectives by creating Insurance and risk management solutions for them. As Sales Manager your responsibilities will include: Day to day management of the sales team Deliver coaching and training to drive team success and behaviours Guidance to the team on products, processes and queries Initiate and close new business opportunities from potential new clients Selling across the full range of services to develop revenue streams Preparation of new business reports, identifying and following up opportunities to grow sales revenue Developing and managing Insurer relationships and work to improve market solutions To be successful as Sales Manager you will demonstrate: Strong Insurance sales management experience Excellent ability to identify needs, overcome objections and close the sale Successful coaching and training experience Excellent communication skills, at all levels and in presentation form; verbally and in writing Keeps up to date with developments, ensuring own skills and those of the team are updated Competence in delivering performance reports, identifying and communicating trends to Senior Management Able to prioritise effectively and identify and resolve time conflicts Success in identifying improvement opportunities and driving innovation This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package with 25 days holiday.
