2468912 - Client Manager (Energy), (Chelmsford, UK) We're hiring! * * Aon are currently recruiting a Client Manager to join our Energy Team which is part of the Global Broking Centre based in Chelmsford. The role is for a senior contributor (Aon career stage) with sound technical knowledge and ability. Working collaboratively with Senior Client Manager and Team Leader and in line with GBC strategy the role is responsible for managing the day to day client service delivery. Aon must ensure those in senior roles, with the potential to cause significant harm to customers and the business of the firm, are deemed to be fit and proper at all times and also to ensure everyone working in the sector adheres to a set of Conduct Rules and are held to account where they do not meet the right standards of behaviour About the Role **Your impact as a****Client Manager:** **Core functional activity:**** ** * File maintenance - ECM * Send initial engagement to client/network * Present terms to client / network * Review / Create / Enhance Submission * Send Cover confirmation to client/network * Review draft / final MRC * Scan / index final agreed slip * Complete quote/firm order information in Brokasure including finalise MRC * Provide invoicing instructions Secondary functional activity: * Providing benchmarking and placement advice to clients * Establish and manage pipeline * Produce and/or deliver tenders * Client relationship management (direct clients and/or network) * Client meetings * Provide technical wording advice to client/network * Provide technical training / guidance to colleagues Occasional (optional) functional activity: * Firm Order broking * Lead quote broking * Follow market broking * Market relationship management * Define marketing strategy (specific to placement) * Issue invoice to client * Respond to A/c queries * Create BID documentation if required * Create bespoke wordings / clauses (per client) * File Reviews / Technical Reviews / Peer Reviews * Coaching and mentoring Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
