Overview
This is an exciting role for a Senior Accountant to develop their accountancy career at a renowned real estate firm, based in the heart of London. Client Details My client is a leading real estate company based in the heart of Mayfair. Description Key responsibilities for this Senior Accountant role include: Producing financial statements for several entities solely Responsible for reviewing monthly accounts prepared by management accountants Ensuring month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and performance report are produced on time Ensuring internal and external queries are addressed and resolved promptly, attending meetings where necessary Involving in budgeting and offering support to property management team Responsible for quarterly VAT return submission Producing cashflow statement Responsible for financial data migration Responsible for internal and external audit process Assisting in tax matters such corporation tax Implementing new accounting procedures and processes Providing oversight and support to the accounts team Providing training to junior accountant when necessary Producing ad hoc financial reports and analysis as needed Profile The successful candidate for this Senior Accountant will need: ACCA/CIMA Finalist or QBE Good Knowledge of FRS 102 Previous Real Estate or Property experience A minimum of 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience Experience in a supervisory role Experience with Sage50 Good Excel skills (VlookUp and Pivot) Job Offer On offer to the successful Senior Accountant is: Competitive salary and benefits package Accountancy progression Central London location
