Regulatory RIM / Publishing Contract Role - West London / M4 Corridor If your forte is managing Information Systems and you have prior experience in the field of pharma, you will certainly find this vacancy interesting to explore A well-renowned biotech is looking to hire an energetic Regulatory Knowledge Manager to join one of their HQs located in West London Key responsibilities of the Regulatory Knowledge Manager: Ownership of processes related to data management Supporting and training users to effectively use the company database and tracking system Assuring data entered meets the quality and compliance requirements of published conventions Providing input to User Manuals, SOPs, Reports and FAQs related to information management processes and system interfaces Proactively working to raise the quality and usability of Information Management and Tracking systems Resolving identified data or content quality issues and determining areas for improvement in process documentation and training Conducting Deviation Handling and Quality Risk Management to assure audit readiness and provide audit support Minimum requirements: 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically related to processing and management of regulatory information, or regulatory publishing, or regulatory / clinical archiving 2 years’experience in supporting users to enter and maintain of product information and submissions tracking Solid knowledge of regional regulatory agency requirements Strong expertise in registration tracking technologies, data archiving and tracking.
