An opportunity to join a national insurance provider as a Sales Development Manager in South Wales has arisen. The role Something of a unicorn in the market, not many Brokers/Insurers have roles that directly relate to this. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for boosting performance across a number of regional offices, this will include: Overseeing and influencing 1 and 3 year business plans Delivering and embedding change and building effective operating models Sales management Basic salary of up to £60,000 car You Whether your background is in a Broker or Insurer setting, you should have experience in external sales within commercial insurance, ideally across a range of sectors and risks. Previous management experience and Cert/Dip CII qualification would be beneficial.
