My client who have a London office in addition to their main office in Kent, are now looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join their growing team in their London office near London Bridge. With circa 40 Employees, and growing, they believe thatIt's never the hours you work, but what you achieve in those hours that count. So its a 37.5 hour week, offer flexible hours and finish early on a Friday. What you then achieve in that time is rewarded with a highly competitive salary topped up with uncapped, no-threshold commission. Nor is it all work and no play. You'll find they big fans of unwinding on company away days and monthly socials. If you are serious about a career in recruitment, this opportunity is excellent, as you will be given further training in I.T. recruitment. Training will be classroom and on the job training. Extremely successful with a turnover of several million, there are circa 10 people in their London office, with satellite office in Czech Republic and in Switzerland. You will begin by learning about their business. You will be helped to ensure you have all the tools you need to be successful. It doesn't stop there as the there are further opportunities to grow your own team and enjoy partner level. Sky is the limit, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one. Basic salary increasing with time and achievement. Ideal candidate: Some previous sales experience is advantageous Genuine about a career in recruitment Happy to pick up the phone and talk to people Good rapport building skills Communicates naturally Excellent written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft applications Self motivated to succeed Team player who also enjoys taking part in social events Takes pride in self and in work Negotiable annual salary and uncapped commission, monthly socials, early finish Fridays etc.
