The Role This Regional Sales Executive role involves managing our customers in and around South Wales and Gloucestershire, selling them products from our Phlexicare range.Part of the role is to also find and bring on new customers which will attract additional bonuses. Our range of independent living solutions includes products to create multi-user washrooms, access solutions, equality act compliant solutions, multi-user kitchens, grab rails, accessible showering, wetrooms and wall and floor solutions. Being field based, you will not be situated in an office, although you will regularly travel to our branch in Cardiff that will support you and help you grow your sales, therefore the ideal candidate will be located in South Wales. Role responsibilities for the Regional Sales Executive Manage your allocated region managing and growing sales with our existing customer base as well as bringing on new customers Visiting contractors and installers to complete product presentations Promoting Phlexicare to local authorities, housing associations and care homes Ensuring business continues to grow Maintaining a sense of enthusiasm and commitment Providing consistent, excellent customer service What will you sell and to who? You will be selling market leading wetroom solutions and bathrooms Our customer base includes Contractors, Building, Housing Associations, Local Authorities Care Homes, Architects, Schools, Merchants and Installers Requirements for the Regional Sales Executive Previous experience within a similar field based sales role Prior experiencewithin the construction industry preferred A commitment to excellent customer service Friendly, engaging and approachable Happy to travel on a daily basis to client sites Passionate about bringing in new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional and positive approach Good team player Attention to detail
