The company: Our client is a market leading FMCG business who are looking to grow existing sales team across the UK. This is an exciting time to join a fun and forward thinking company who are experiencing rapid growth and increasing market share. The role: Working with a team of Business Development Managers/Territory Managers within the Greater London area for independent retailers and convenience stores. Your role will be to develop, recruit, train, motivate, mentor and manage your team. The role has developed from growth as the business has had exceptional growth within the last 4 years. Responsibilities: The performance of this role will be measured by the development of the BDM’s Motivate, Manage and lead a team of Business Development Managers in Business Development and Account Management Reporting to head office on your weekly sales figures. Representing the company with the highest of standards at all times. The person: This role will be ideal for someone currently working as an Area Sales Manager within FMCG or a high pressure sales role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales. We are also considering applicants with the right attitude and skill set from related backgrounds. The Territory: Great London including Central London Package: Up to £30000 - £40000 basic, plus £5000 per annum car allowance plus bonuses
