Delivery Recruiter - Commercial Sector £18k - 24k up to £35k OTE Full or Part-Time available COMPANY A well known recruitment consultancy with coverage of perm, contract and managed service recruitment solutions has an immediate need for a delivery recruiter to join the business. ROLE The team cover a number of exclusive clients UK and overseas, with a regular supply of white collar roles, predominantly permanent positions, but also interim and temporary too. The successful applicant will be tasked to source and secure a number of placements per month from £20k junior level roles to £80k-100k senior appointments. You will do this through a number of channels; advertising, networking, using job boards, developing relationships and headhunting are all mediums available to you to find high calibre candidates. You will be a key contact for the candidate and be confident meeting and briefing them. PERSON This will suit someone who has come from a volume based recruitment sector such as commercial, high street, driving, industrial, call centre, financial services, and is perhaps looking for a more structure role in a company offering a career path. You should be proactive and comfortable working to deadlines, but also capable of developing relationships and visiting clients to promote your services. The likely individual will have a minimum of 6 months in recruitment but ideally at least 12 months of success that they can point towards including successes of working closely with regular clients. The business offers a great career path and this is the starting point to developing a long-term opportunity rather than being the end goal. PACKAGE Salary will be £18k-24 depending on experience with an ote of 30k - 35k.
