Overview
An exciting opportunity to work as an Account Executive for a one of the UK’s largest multi media publishers. Based in their Central London office. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients to advertise their vacancies, with a focus on the UK market. As part of this role you will be the front line commercial driver of new and existing business. Your role will be to generate new business and maximising existing business through your extensive client base. The role will comprise of 50% new businesses and 50% management of existing accounts. The company believes on rewarding hard work and you will be entitled to 25 days holiday, on site gym, regular company rewards events and a totally uncapped commission structure (the OTE for this role is £15k ON TOP of your £24k basic salary in the 1st year). The Opportunity Researching and identifying new international companies to secure new business Building strong relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue Attending events and travelling internationally to meet with current and potential clients Understanding the industry and current market trends to discuss and engage with prospective clients Meet weekly and monthly targets to ensure company revenue objectives are met Your Profile Excellent communication skills are essential Strong rapport building skills. You will be meeting clients on a daily basis. A positive and resilient attitude will keep you performing to the highest level Self motivated. This role won’t be micro managed, so they expect you to get on with your work without supervision NO previous experience is necessary.
