Overview
Hospice UK is looking for a Senior New Business Executive to join the Corporate Development Team. The focus in the team is on raising funds from businesses either through commercial activity or through a range of corporate partnerships. We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies including Deutsche Bank, New Look, Joules and The Co-op Bank. Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice care. working to ensure all adults and children living with a terminal or life shortening condition receive the care and support they need, when they need it. We believe that everyone, no matter who they are, where they are or why they are ill, should receive the best possible care at the end of their life. No one should die in avoidable pain or suffering. Hospice UK is looking for a creative, self-motivated Senior New Business Executive, who is passionate about corporate fundraising and has a proven track record of identifying and winning new partnerships. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager to continue driving forward our new business strategy and diversifying our corporate partnerships income beyond charity of the year. The post holder will proactively build upon our existing new business pipeline and develop robust approach plans for prospects. The Senior New Business Executive will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging proposals and deliver winning pitches and presentations. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build excellent relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, including our member hospices. They will be a key member of the Corporate Development Team, offering support with the development of some of our key accounts. They will be expected to play a full and active role in the Income Generation department and Hospice UK as a whole.
