Join us as Senior Fundraising Manager and play a pivotal role in our new fundraising propositions team, helping us achieve ambitious targets and deliver engaging, sector leading experiences for supporters. In our Fundraising and Marketing department, we fight for children every single day. We inspire millions of people, from individuals to large corporates, to support our quest for change. As the Senior Fundraising Manager you will work across various departments including Philanthropy and Partnerships, Trading, Regional Fundraising and Policy and Campaigns, and provide expertise in our multi-disciplinary marketing delivery teams, to develop and drive the delivery of compelling fundraising propositions, underpinned by insight and supporter data. Your deep understanding and passion for meeting supporter needs and motivations, will drive innovation in our existing fundraising portfolio. To be successful you will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and significant experience of developing and delivering engaging fundraising propositions, as well as optimisation and growth within a fundraising and/or marketing environment. You will have a passion for audience insight and experience of using it to help shape strategy and deliver growth.  Additionally, you will have: Significant experience and technical expertise in a fundraising and/or marketing environment Ability to collect and analyse data from a variety of sources to improve product performance Demonstrable experience of effective budget management, delivering complex strategies and operational plans on time and to budget. This position is maternity cover beginning in May 2020 for a fixed period of 12 months.
