Supporter Development and Retention Manager12 Month Maternity ContractCentral London£35,000We are delighted to be working with this disability charity in King's Cross who are recruiting for a strong marketing expert to come in and cover for a 12 month maternity period.Working within The Individual Giving team, the you will be responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing activities, including direct mail and digital, to inspire and motivate supporters to continue connecting and contributing to their work. Your campaigns will include an appeal programme, newsletters, raffle, upgrade and reactivation programmes and feedback to regular givers via mobile. You will also line manage 2 members of staff.We are looking for someone with extensive experience of direct mail and other direct marketing techniques available to maximise income. You should have a strong track record of successful income generation from a diverse supporter base. Line management experience is also essential.
