Overview

Regional Sales Manager Warrington, Cheshire Full Time, Permanent Position The Role To develop new and existing opportunities and commercial relations for the leading authority in hearing instrument and wireless connectivity, broadening leadership position in the UK market and providing new revenue opportunities in the Private and Public sales channels. Driving valued relationships that build long-term business and advocacy. To manage a given geographical territory and budget. To promote the full range of hearing aids, Lyric, WCP and business support tools to private dispensers, NHS Hospital and local education authorities. Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Attend regular sales and business meetings with the Team. Attend trade shows and industry exhibitions throughout the year as guided by the Sales Manager. Maximise coverage of all accounts and maintain company records to the agreed standard. Co-ordinate product training & education for customer base with professional services & TS. Introduce new products to the customer base in the agreed company format and time frame. Provide up to date and relevant correspondence to customers in line with marketing strategies and promotional agreements. Ensure Customer Services are accurately informed of account changes in line with agreements. Provide management with details of competitor activity and market development on a regular basis. Time manage own diary in line with business and customer coverage & frequency targets. Management of commercial offers in line with business guidelines. All expenses in line with policy and procedures. Any other duties as deemed appropriate in line with business needs. Responsible for adhering to H&S requirements and supporting such. Liaise with management and telesales to target and track planned strategic activity. Communicate plan success and opportunities for improvement with Sales Ops Product Manager. Execute LRA activities as set out with Sales Manager and KAM's. Co-ordinate regular and effective senior team customer meetings to support on-going customer relations, opportunities and advocacy. Make recommendations and produce business plans and proposals. Develop customer growth strategies that utilise our full offering of products and services. Be able to support and champion customer sales strategies that don't rely on competing on price. Identify and drive appropriate investment and partnership opportunities with existing and new customers. Other projects as approved and any other duties to support the needs of the business. Liaison with WCP specialist/Lyric BDM/AB/Paeds representatives keeping regular contact and strategic co-working. Strategic business planning with Unitron/AB ensuring maximum share of business and prohibiting cannibalisation. The Candidate Work Experience: Must have experience of working in commercial audiology. Able to successfully develop both company and customer business strategies & sales. Identify and implement new business opportunities and revenue streams. Demonstrable evidence of building successful B2B and B2C strategies. Ability to establish and maintain excellent and adaptable relationships with all customer types. Capability managing a portfolio of technical products and value added solutions. Strong computer literacy being able to combine information into effective analyses and proposals. Track record of consistent performance and excellent results. Solid understanding of the UK audiology market and influencing factors.
