Regional Sales Manager - Public Sector Up to £60,000 per annum (£85,000 OTE) / Car Option Location: Warrington / North West England Our client is a leading global provider of Document Management Solutions who have established a great reputation within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take the next step in their career and join a thriving business. Responsibilities of the Successful Regional Sales Manager will include: -Provide leadership and management to the Business Development teams, including new business and account management -Develop plans to achieve individual and team targets in their region, ensuring there are opportunities in place to meet the targets -Manage and meet KPI's that are designed to ensure activity that results in identification of new opportunities -Retain and develop existing accounts -Introduce new clients within the Public Sector -Work alongside other departments as necessary to achieve excellence in sales and customer service The Successful Regional Sales Manager will have the following: -A minimum of 5 years' sales management in a solutions environment is -Previous experience of selling within the Public Sector is essential -Account and relationship management experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong relationship management skills -Proven ability to meet targets and exceed targets Benefits of the Regional Sales Manager: -Excellent company benefits -Company car -Generous company pension scheme If the above sounds of interest to you, please get in touch for more details.
