Overview

We are looking for an outstanding senior sales professional to help grow our work across the West Midlands and South-West region. Your ultimate goal is to help us reach more educators, schools and trusts with our professional development programmes, having the greatest possible impact on pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. The role will be at forefront of our externally-facing work, with a focus on building strong relationships with regional influencers and advocates in order to drive sales. You will deliver against regional targets, account manage key regional stakeholders and lead a young and ambitious sales team in order to achieve successful recruitment, continuous improvement and long-term impact in the region. The role will work in partnership with the Business Development Team to design and develop bespoke solutions to needs presented by accounts in the region, as well as gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the organisation on insight from your area and schools to inform wider strategy.  To do this well, you will have an extensive knowledge of the education sector, experience of leading complex stakeholder relationships and the ability to meet ambitious sales targets.
