Overview
NL Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Fundraising Officer to join a disability equality charity based in London. Working closely with the Acquisition Manager, you will join an energetic and enthusiastic team to create an excellent supporter experiences that are distinctive to the organisation.As the Senior Fundraising Officer, you will;Work and manage external suppliers to ensure the organisation's aims and objectives are metDevelop, manage and optimise cause and lottery F2F campaigns and payroll giving activityMonitor and track performance of campaignsDeliver training sessions about the organisation's campaigns to engage fundraisersRecruit, manage and develop staff and encourage team members to maximise their potentialWe are looking for a passionate Senior Fundraising Officer with good problem solving skills. You will also have;Experience of developing and delivering supporter acquisition campaigns through F2FExperience of managing externa; agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaignsRaisers Edge experience or other fundraising systemA flair for trainingA keen eye for detail
