Overview
Digital transformation solutions - A Business Development Manager is required to sell creative services and technology solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 organisations in retail, hospitality and leisure sectors. This role will suit an ambitious and determined new business sales consultant who will take pride in helping organisations change their business model to embrace cutting edge technology. The organisation: The market leader with a client list that includes many Blue-Chip names, delivering solutions which have won industry recognised awards Delivering bespoke creative solutions which help clients increase their customer engagement during the customer experience journey. Based in the North West with clients across the UK, Europe and USA Very strong marketing support generating inbound leads and enquiries Established over 10 years and now entering an exciting new stage of growth A major player yet a relatively small and supportive sales team The Business Development Manager: Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling technology solutions or services into retail, leisure or hospitality verticals Must have experience of consultative sales to mid-market organisations with 50 locations. Experience of complex sales into High Street names would be very interesting Must have experience of engaging at board level; experience working with Head of Digital Transformation / Multi-Chanel Director would be ideal but not essential A stable work history with demonstrable sales achievement is essential Head Office is in North West England and working from home is possible for candidates based further afield. Obviously, there will be a lot of travel to prospect HQs. Basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £70,000 to £90,000. A car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme. Once established, earning £100k per year with this organisation is expected. Equity options may also be possible for major contributions.
