There is an immediate desk of hot jobs and thus significant opportunity make lots of money THE ROLE - Graduate Recruitment Consultant Recruitment is heavily sales focused and will involve a high volume of daily cold calling to new and existing global clients. After extensive training you will be managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from bringing on board new clients alongside sourcing candidates and overseeing the interview process. We look for the following in our recruitment consultants: A hard work ethic An entrepreneurial spirit A strong business acumen Money motivated attitude Strong communication skills Drive and ambition A degree and sales experience is preferable; however it is not essential if you are of graduate calibre.
