Social events (Awards night, Halloween, Christmas party, sales day, sports day, etc.) THE ROLE OF A GERMAN SPEAKING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT As a recruitment consultant you are responsible for managing the whole 360 degrees recruitment cycle autonomously. One of your main focusses will be business development in the German market and building rapport with clients within Germany. You will be cold calling Managers and build a relationship with the company. You will be responsible for sourcing and talking to suitable candidates for your current roles and businesses. Part of your day to day task will be negotiating fees with clients as well as scheduling Interviews and preparation You will be focused on and working towards your KPI´s . Commission and several incentives, such as fully paid lunch club in a Michelin star restaurant or 5K Rolex or designer handbag competition, will reward you for your hard work and effort and hitting those targets. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE For a career in recruitment you need to be resilient and able to cope well in a fast-paced and competitive environment . Previous experience in such an environment will be an advantage. As this is a sales-based position the ideal candidate is driven by results and targets as well as able to work independently. Great time management and organisation is key for a successful candidate. Speaking German to a professional level is essential .
