Overview
A global Quantity Surveying practice are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on data centres, or pharmaceutical buildings within the UK, Quantity Surveying sector. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role Based a short walk from Holborn station, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a dynamic team working on a plethora of data centre and pharmaceutical schemes; working for some the world's largest clients. Day to day: Prepare estimates and cost plans Using CostX Software Producing documents Procurement Cost reporting Measuring Settling final accounts The Senior Quantity Surveyor You'll have a successful track record of working on construction projects within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
