Associate Director - Building Surveyor
Overview
The Company Joshua Robert have been appointed to recruit a senior post for a leading property consultancy with an office in Worcestershire, who manage a large portfolio across commercial and residential. There is now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor at (Associate Director level) to spearhead their well-established building surveying department. Working closely with the senior management team, this role will allow full autonomy whilst looking to grow and develop your own team. Offering a clear route to Partner, competitive salary and a discussion re. equity share. Office hours are 9am - 5:30pm, but you’ll be managing your own diary and have the flexibility to work from home. The Role The building surveyor team covers schedule of conditions and dilapidation reports, building surveys (for commercial and residential property) and project management. With a strong existing fee line, the focus of this role will be on delivery initially, before then looking to strategically grow and develop the department; looking at new business development etc. The Candidate To be considered, you will be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MCIOB) and have proven experience of delivery. You will be motivated to grow and develop a successful team.
