We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join us to forge relationships within the Indirect and Enterprise sector and drive new business opportunities for our key solutions. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will drive an ambitious outreach strategy to secure prospects and leads to win new business for our solutions. The overall aim of your role will be to position Epsilon as a partner of choice and optimal provider of network services that underpin key areas of business success. Reporting to the EU Regional Sales Director, your role will involve: - Ensuring outreach KPIs are met through contacting, following-up and engaging with prospects - Ensuring meeting generation targets are achieved - Building and maintaining a new business pipeline - Achieving new business reoccurring charge and sign-up targets - Coaching, guiding and supporting colleagues to enable them to achieve outreach and booking targets About You To join us as a Business Development Manager, you will need: - Experience in selling disruptive and transformative technologies to service providers and Enterprises that enables digital transformation and cloud strategies - Proven experience of successfully hitting and exceeding new business targets - Experience of, and the ability to, drive bid responses for requests for proposals - Proven experience in winning new business - An understanding of, and knowledge of, social selling, using tools such as LinkedIn, and managing workload, outreach, prospecting and pipeline via a key platform such as Salesforce - The ability to hold CIO level meetings Ideally, you will have experience of working in an agile, hands-on environment, but this is not essential. Experience in globally distributed businesses where colleagues, supporters and approvers are in other time zones would also be beneficial.
