Overview

  Are you a highly motivated and results driven L&D professional?   We are looking for two Advisors to take on one permanent and one 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity within our Learning and Development team.   We are looking for a highly motivated individuals with the skills to achieve positive outcomes through a variety of creative yet pragmatic learning and development activities, developed in partnership with colleagues across the organisation. These activities will enable St Mungo’s to fulfil its organisational and people strategies as the organisation continues to grow and develop.     Over the past year, St Mungo’s Learning & Development team supported over 1400 staff access more than 6000 days of learning including face-to-face, online and other activities. Working across the South of England, our L&D advisors ensure that these activities meet our core strategic objectives including organisational compliance, leadership and management development, diversity and inclusion and staff skills and development. All our activities have the aim of achieving positive outcomes for our clients.     About the role   Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Devise, maintain, deliver and evaluate a range of learning activities Work practically andeffectively with others to meet the key objectives and requirements of the organisation Promote a learning culture across the organisation     Who we’re looking for   To succeed in this role you will have: A clear understanding of learning and development practice The ability to plan and work methodically to manage projects and multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. A strong will to overcome obstacles and achieve outcomes. We offer 25 days annual leave, and operate a very popular Flexi Time scheme, which allows you to supplement your annual leave entitlement. After 5 years, staff annual leave entitlement increases to 28 days.
