Overview

We’re searching for a sales-driven and motivated Branch Manager to join our successful team in Maidstone. Ideally with experience in the Cooling Industry including refrigeration and air conditioning. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, between the branch hours of 7:30am - 5pm. About the role Managing day to day operations in a busy branch with a turnover up to £3 million Driving sales, meeting branch and profitability targets To manage and maintain contract accounts Developing customer accounts and new business opportunities To set objectives for the branch and monitor branch performance Leading, motivating and developing branch team up to 4 direct reports Development of relationships with key suppliers and external sales team Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in branch Within this role you will have full budgetary responsibility for the branch and ensure compliance with all health and safety policies. About you We are looking for people that are commercial minded, sales driven and have a proven track record in growing existing and new business as this will be key to success in further developing this branch. Any industry experience would be desirable but we greatly welcome applications from individuals with experience from other industries should you have managed or supervised a team, as it is a proactive and commercially minded approach that is essential as this will play a key part in developing strong working relationships with our key customers and leading our established team.
