Overview
Are you a Senior Sales Negotiator looking for a step up into a position of management? This could be a brilliant opportunity for you. Based in Crawley, my clients are looking for someone to join and lead their growing sales team. This role would be best suited to an individual who is confident to lead from the front, win new business and motivate a team. The Job The Sales Manager will oversee the general day to day running of the team, conducting morning meetings and ensuring the branch are working to and achieving set targets. Business generation will play a key part in this position, so relationship building, and networking skills are a must. The Sales manager will be required to canvass for stock, conduct accurate market appraisals, win new instructions and sell properties. People management; to include training and developing the team, offering guidance and encouragement. Responsibilities will also include recruitment where necessary and conducting staff appraisals and 121’s. Requirements Previous experience managing an Estate agency sales team essential. The successful candidate will be ambitious and inspiring, with a proven track record of success. Local area knowledge of Brighton is preferred but not essential. Package A competitive salary will be offered £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience Commission and a monthly car allowance.
