Overview
Our client, a successful, family run, business supplies Company based in Burntwood, are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a growing company. The successful Sales Account Manager will be required to:- - Contact existing customers in order to spot opportunities to upsell. - Call customers to check order details and ensure sales opportunities are maximised. - Follow up on orders placed through company website as well as incoming phone calls and emails. - Produce quotations and follow up on these in order to close sales. - Increase spend of key customer accounts. - Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times. - Build and maintain strong business relationships. - Exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have:- - Experience working in a sales/ telesales and/or account management position. - Willingness to pick up the phone - A confident telephone manner. - An ability to maintain and develop customer relationships. - A proven track record achieving targets. - A sociable and enthusiastic personality. Benefits of the Sales Account Manager position to include:- - A starting salary of £18,000 - £22,000 with realistic OTE of an additional £5,000. - Career development opportunities for the right candidate. - Friendly working environment. - Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. - 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
