Location: Living Planet Centre, Woking, with some flexibility Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £80,000   WWF works globally to help create a world where people and wildlife thrive together. Delivering its strategy to combat the huge and increasing threats facing our oceans, forests, rivers and other habitats demands a significant increase in the charity’s supporter base and income. WWF-UK is seeking a Director of Individual Marketing & Legacies to lead a department that is central to delivering supporter acquisition and income growth and join a team that is recognised as innovative and ground-breaking in its individual giving techniques, making a wide use of multiple channels to attract and engage supporters. The role is responsible for engaging over one million supporters and delivering an annual income of over £50m – over 70% of the total voluntary income of the organisation. It will also be pivotal in the creation and delivery of an integrated strategy to grow support and be responsible for all fundraising activities from the UK public. This post is an integral part of the WWF-UK leadership team. WWF are looking for candidates with a track record in growing large and complex individual giving programmes across all fundraising channels, as well as in leading projects with a complex stakeholder landscape. You will also have significant experience of individual supporter fundraising through direct marketing techniques across all channels and an excellent understanding of digital media. You will be forward thinking, results-driven and a strong collaborator. You will also have excellent organisation, planning and management skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate your teams. Finally, you will be passionate about the aims of WWF-UK.
