Founded in 1987, they have spent the last 2 decades establishing and consolidating excellent strategic relationships at the highest end of management consultancy in the UK and abroad. They are the preferred supplier to the likes of Deloitte, Accenture, EY and KMPG alongside smaller, high end corporate financial advisory firms and start-ups on a permanent and contract basis. They are keen to expand their growing team and develop the best Graduate talent to become exceptional Headhunters and Recruitment Consultants in the Management Consultancy Recruitment market. Ideally, you will need to be a Graduate with 12 months of work experience, either through an industrial placement year, internships or commercial, office-based work experience post-University. What key qualities are they looking for?
