Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a new Property Manager position with one of the UK's leading commercial management companies. You will be working on a leading fund and client across an office, industrial and retail portfolio. Duties will include, re-gears, setting service charge budgets and overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants. You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and RICS qualified is preferred although not essential.
