Overview
We're working on a newly created position within a large London Estate where the successful candidate will work on improving customer service and the relationships with their occupiers/ tenants. Working across retail and office tenants the ideal candidate will have an understanding of central London Real Estate and will act as a 'Business Engagement Manager' between the estate and their clients. The successful candidate may well come from a Surveying / Project Management/ Marketing/ Asset Management or Customer Service background and will act as liaison between all the departments. Main Purpose of Job: To support the Place Manager on day to day customer facing projects, administration and project management and to drive forward customer engagement. To support the Place Manager in the delivery of the agreed place management business plan and goals. To manage and report on a wide range of activities and to communicate verbally and in writing, to the highest standards and attention to detail. To work effectively and report to the Place Manager and staff within the company. To support the Customer Service team and help deliver new initiatives.
