Are you interested in a Cost Management role with some Project Management on the side? The company My client is a multidisciplinary hybrid consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair, whose services extend across all project stages including Development Management, Project Management, Commercial Management & Technical Due Diligence and project monitoring. The Role This opportunity is for an experienced Cost Manager to join their growing and close-knit commercial team. You will operate in a flexible and autonomous environment which will require a large proportion of your time to be spent within a client facing environment. You will also have the option to pick up and learn on the Project Management side of things along side your key QS duties. One key project which you would be involved in from the offset is a large, high profile mixed-use development comprising of Commercial, Retail, Restaurants & bespoke studio elements in excess of £120m construction value. You will also have the option to pick up and learn on the Project Management side of things, You Minimum 5 years industry experience At least some consultancy experience (PQS) MRICS desirable (you will be supported through the final stages if not yet qualified) Confident in a client facing role Strong pre and post contract experience
