Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a new Property Manager position with one of the UK's leading commercial management companies. You will be working on for a large institutional fund client, managing a mixed-use portfolio including office and industrial assets. Duties will including maintaining landlord and tenant relationships, rent reviews, lease renewals and property inspections as well as having general property management responsibilities. You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and RICS qualified is preferred although not essential.
