Overview
We are delighted to bring this senior interim opportunity to the development market for a London Housing Association. My client has a strong history of delivering high profile projects and are therefore seeking a candidate who is experienced in delivering similar significant schemes, preferably having done so in London. The Development Manager main responsibilities: Work to take acquired sites through the development stage Coordinate and Manager several development officers and contractors Carry out feasibility and viability reports to ensure maximum value Gives updates to the Head of Development and MD as to the progress of the sites Work along side the Delivery Manager and support the Directors as required The Development Manager is likely to have the following: Ideally you will have a mixture of housing association and local authority development experience, demonstrating both sensitivity as well as commercially. You must have significant experience in managing a range of stakeholder relationships and have delivered a range of development projects within the residential sector. Preferably you'll have a degree or professional related qualification in property, development or a related field. Have demonstrable experience of having delivered projects to time, cost and of the highest quality. Ideally our client is looking for an imminent start and able to commit for at least 6 months.
