Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. This role will provide the opportunity and freedom to carve out the success of the business and is therefore suited to someone with the ambition to lead and succeed. This is an environmentally conscious establishment and the General Manager will need to be of a similar mindset You will wish to take ownership of this business, managing your personnel and monitoring their development and training to ensure a productive and cohesive team, who strive to exceed service expectations. Applicants are required to have a minimum of four years’ experience in hotel management and a strong understanding of financial and operational practices. In return a competitive basic salary will be offered plus a motivational profit share scheme.
