Recruitment Account Manager 23-25K with an excellent commission structure Benefits package including gym membership and private health cover (after a qualifying period) Award winning Reading Company As the new Recruitment Account Manager, you will based in our modern office environment with free onsite parking. We would love it if you have previous sales experience, but we have an excellent training academy that you will be enrolled in that will mean you will be up and running in your new Recruitment Account Manager position very quickly. Here at Orion, we offer staffing and recruitment solutions to a wide variety of engineering clients based nationwide. This opportunity is based within our Automotive Team. The environment is fast paced and will really suit you if you like to be busy and have an unstoppable appetite for putting our customers first by finding them the very best candidates for their positions. This role will see you hitting and exceeding targets to hit holiday incentives as well as attending our high achievers lunch clubs at 5 restaurants. Skills and experience required for a Recruitment Account Manager A love of being on the phone and using your communication skills A desire to be largely office based, but with the opportunity to meet clients for service level reviews An insatiable appetite to find out about candidates and to understand their motivations for a job move Great writing skills, so that you can advertise your job roles in an appealing and attractive way Good social media skills, enabling you to post relevant job roles to your target audience Rapport building ability meaning that both your clients and candidates come back to you time and time again Computer literate so that you keep all CRM records updated Package description for a Recruitment Account Manager -Above industry basic salary of between 23K -25K plus uncapped commission -Induction and training as part of our "Rising Stars" programme -Excellent incentives that mean your hard work and commitment never goes unrewarded -Clear career progression taking you to a senior position within the business What's next?
