As part of a dynamic team you will be expected to cover a range of duties, but the main thrust of the role is to book viewings, market appraisals, financial services appointments, vendor feedback, accompany viewings, negotiate sales and much more. This agents are looking for both candidates with agency experience and also sales orientated individuals with a proven track record in customer service and meeting targets, not necessarily in property for trainee roles. A smart and professional character is of the up most importance from someone who will feel confident dealing with all types of properties and clients. The successful candidate must be well presented, articulate, forward thinking and a team player.
