You will be responsible for drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, negotiating and exchanging contracts and completing post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry registrations and managing completions. You will manage your own caseload of transactions and work with minimal supervision.
