Real Estate Development Associate 3 years PQE - Solihull

A Top 50 law firm is seeking an Associate to join their busy Commercial Property Department. They are highly regarded and comprises not only lawyers but also town and country planners. They have experts in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant, social housing, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, housing, education, finance and investment funds. Based in Solihull, you will join a busy and expanding development team, offering a great working environment and excellent quality work. You will play a key role in the team focusing on development land acquisition and disposal work, providing technical support for the wider team and work alongside other acquisition lawyers in the development team. You will act for a range of clients including real estate developers, promoters, landowners, and affordable housing providers. You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience in real estate development work, including running files from start to finish. Ideally, you will have experience in land acquisitions, disposals and strategic land agreements. Experience in managing or supervising others is preferable. Excellent career prospects on offer.
