Due to rising client demand, this forward-thinking firm seeks to appoint an additional associate with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience to work in their growing, partner-led development team. With a focus on delivering on large scale development projects, you'll be able to advise on strategic land acquisition and disposal work, including handling option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional and unconditional sale agreements etc on large scale residential and mixed-use development projects. Working on behalf of a range of clients including major real estate developers, investors, housing providers and landowners, you'll be able to play a key role in this friendly, well-managed team whilst furthering your technical and client management experience.
