Overview
Area Sales Manager Plant Hire London - North West Territory £30,000 - £35,000 Bonus (up to £47K OTE) Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales and revenue within North West London and the surrounding area to help deliver the sales budget through the effective development and servicing of local and strategic accounts. The role will involve negotiation at all levels and will require some activity on local and national sites to increase your portfolio of customers. Experience of hire within Construction AND/OR M&E industries is ESSENTIAL. Skills Required: Already possessing a proven sales record, you must have the drive and desire to maintain and develop our already successful business as well as demonstrate: A Customer focused and well-organised approach An ability to work in a pressurised environment Project Management exposure Effective influencing and negotiating skills Proficient IT skills and the ability to analyse data such as business plans, performance and market data Ability to promote the brand and cross-sell all the products Experience of plant hire or construction industry is essential Possessing a proven sales record Excellent time management skills Able to understand customer’s needs and product requirements Full driving licence Benefits: In return we can offer a competitive salary, a target based bonus scheme and inclusion into the Company pension scheme.
