Firstly, you'll be looking to become a recruiter - that's a good start After that, we look for driven people that don't necessarily want to work in a massive corporate and instead are looking for a more tailored training approach to make you the best recruiter you can be You'll likely be switched on and driven in your career/studies thus far, having recently finished, or due to be finishing your Bachelor's degree, and eager to put your skills to the test in a fast-paced, highly engaging environment.
