The following is a snapshot of the type of work conducted by the team: Disputes between directors, shareholders and partners Commercial contract disputes (inc Construction disputes) Insolvency Litigation Professional Negligence IP Claims The ideal candidate will have experience of disputes matters during their training contract. The ideal level would be an NQ but the firm are open to considering stellar individuals outside of this range.
