Responsibilities Liaising with applicants for technical job opportunities within The App Experts Conducting telephone calls to pre-screen candidates based on the main role requirements Scheduling technical and competency-based Skype interviews for prospective job candidates Liaising with other companies to locate and identify project opportunities for our technical consultants, and following these leads to ultimately close new business Submitting consultant CVs to prospective clients for consideration, interviews, and final selection Scheduling telephone/Skype/face-to-face interviews with vendors and prospective clients for our technical consultants Maintaining accurate contact information and thorough notes for all candidates and clients Completing accurate reports on a daily/weekly basis Being accountable for all required activity Meeting performance standards as determined by the Managing Director and Sales Pod Manager Requirements Essential - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated attitude, requiring little supervision Ability to excel in multitasking and meet strict deadlines Tech savvy/enthusiast Bachelor’s Degree Desirable - Relevant experience in telemarketing, sales or recruitment Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to be pro-active and a "Get on with it" attitude Remuneration Highly competitive Salary and an Aggressive On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the right experience and job fit
