A super Independent Estate Agency in Plymouth are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Office Manager to join their team. With an enviable reputation locally this is a super opportunity for a dynamic and driven candidate. The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to push the business forward, come from a strong Sales background and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service. They will also be responsible for making sure the office systems and administration runs smoothly so excellent administration, IT and organisational skills are required. Duties: -Assist with the daily running of the branch -Generate Viewings -Attend Viewings -Generate Market Appraisals whilst showing properties -Organising and maintaining office administration systems -Vendor care & sales progression -Sales Negotiation -Viewing Feedback This is a senior position for a candidate seeking an important and varied role and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required. Competitive salary in the region of £20-25,000 with OTE of £25-30,000. One in three Saturdays with lieu time so a five day week.
