Overview
Our fantastic, thriving Estate Agency client based in Tuffley, Gloucester have a requirement for a Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team on a permanent full-time basis. Our client is happy to consider candidates who are experienced in this line of work, or somebody keen to get their foot in the door to the property industry. Key Responsibilities; - Liaising with clients in person and via telephone - Visiting clients within their homes to provide property valuations with the aim to putting their property on the market for sale - To negotiate house sales - Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors - Assisting with the day to day administration of the department Candidate Attributes; - Outstanding communication and organisational skills - Computer literate - Ability to deliver a high quality of customer service - A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to 'think on your feet' - Have the drive to succeed and charisma - Be able to manage a busy workload and to prioritise tasks - Hold a full driving license Hours; 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday alternative Saturdays 9am - 5.30pm Salary; The company offer a competitive salary, generous commission structure, awards and incentives and training and development opportunities
