Overview
Your role For this exciting, new role, I am looking for an experienced sales professional, who will be responsible for driving sales and for developing the sales process over time to build a brand within the enterprise market for a flexible workspace provider. Your day to day Implement and manage a tenant rep engagement strategy to ensure steady lead flow from traditional agents to new and exclusive spaces Oversee the start to end sales process for occupiers from tour to lease signing Create, implement and develop a direct sales approach for enterprise businesses Develop and roll-out a best-in-class sales process and collateral for the product Track, measure, analyse and report regularly using a CRM on commercial performance metrics Refine a clear pricing & discount strategy Manage the current sales team to achieve their targets Build the company brand name through public speaking and networking opportunities About you You'll have 7 years experience of enterprise sales in real estate MRICS qualified Proven experience managing lease negotiations on behalf of occupiers You'll be a leader - you have experience building, leading and motivating a sales team You are a master of the softer, strategic sales approach You'll have a proven track record hitting and outperforming sales targets You'll have proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key enterprise clients Growth will be your main driver - you operate well in a dynamic, hands-on, fast-paced environment You are a self-starter- as well as being strategic, you are not afraid
